One of the largest professional services firms in the world requires three experienced Senior Business Development Managers to work alongside either the firm's Government & Health Industries or Financial Services sector leaders to design and deliver sales strategies and campaigns.

The primary purpose of the roles will be to work in collaboration with the Sector Leaders and the wider Sales & Marketing team to best position the firm to win top Government & Health Industries and Financial Services strategic pursuits and grow consulting revenues on strategic client accounts. The role holders will require business development and sales experience to drive pipeline growth, build the firm's profile and to deliver revenue generating activities in these fast-moving sectors throughout the sales process. You will need to drive go to market strategies and plans, identify and drive pursuit and account based marketing plans that leverage the thought leadership, event programme and campaigns being created by the marketing team and activate marketing campaigns and sales campaigns to help drive medium to long-term sub-sector level profiles in the market. The successful applicant will be responsible for analysing pipeline trends, highlighting insights and tracking ROI on all sales and campaign activity and to grow a digitally led transformation pipeline. In addition, the Senior BD Managers will be expected to identify, own and drive new key account opportunities and work with Account Leaders to grow revenues on existing strategic accounts.

The Senior BD Managers will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with significant experience in BD and sales, ideally in a professional services environment, to include experience in building and executing sales campaigns and lead generation activities and of using CRM systems to drive and track relationships and campaigns. Resilient and tenacious, with a commercial outlook and focus on results, the ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience or a background in Government & Health Industries or Financial Services would be advantageous but is not essential.
