A leading brand in the hospitality sector with a global presence is seeking an experienced Email and Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop and scale a rapidly growing digital marketing programme, with a focus on implementing marketing campaigns, email creation, partnerships, and events.

Day to Day of the role:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and tracking performance metrics.
• Analyse customer data to create targeted customer segments.
• Collaborate with the design team to create digital assets.
• Work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
• Develop partnerships and manage events to enhance the digital marketing programme.
• Report to the Head of Marketing and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Digital and/or CRM marketing role.
• Results-oriented and data-driven mindset with a highly analytical approach to A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
• Curiosity and eagerness to uncover meaningful insights using all available tools/data sets.
• Experience working with a CRM platform.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content style for various audiences.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A true team player with a passion for digital CRM and keeping up with industry trends.
• Strong partnership management skills.
