Digital Media ManagerAs a Digital Media Manager, you’re responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring consistently successful campaigns are achieved in balance with universal commercial success.Digital Media Managers are measured on their ability to generate strategically and commercially sound media plans, and ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Senior Team Members to set Digital Media strategies on campaigns.
  • Manages media campaigns on a day-to-day basis. Including set-up, management & reporting. Ensures all plans are signed off and collaborated on.
  • Plans media to identified audiences and behaviours. Ensures reporting can be tied back to audiences. Ensure plan has a testing mentality for consistent learning.
  • Works towards a target KPI, always pushes performance and raises any issues for swift resolution.
  • Works with creative to deliver segmented creative for audience and moment. Adopt DCO techniques where appropriate.
  • Writes insightful reports that tell the story behind the data and highlights the results of tests.
  • Presents with confidence and ensure all decks have a strong and positive story.
  • Has good working knowledge of all platforms and an ability to learn new interfaces / changes / upgrades quickly.
  • Working collaboratively, adopts our new products and processes.
  • Maintains an open dialogue with CS to ensure continuous communication.
  • Delivers all media actions on time and with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Maintains a focus on client performance and ensure we’re maximising results.
  • Is always aware of financial health of accounts and makes decisions with this in mind.
  • Monitors industry trends, suppliers and developments and proposes & keeps the team up to date.

  • Develops strong, trusting relationships with all media team members, and the wider business.
  • Establishes clear and consistent communication channels between CS and Media, promoting a collaborative work ethic to achieve effective delivery.
  • Appreciates client visions and agency capabilities, demonstrating solid critical thinking whilst managing campaigns, identifying issue resolutions and meeting quality standards to achieve consistently positive outcomes and results.
  • Maintain a high level of results awareness of campaign performance at all times. Being able to spot anomalies in the data quickly. Be aware of the financial health of accounts and make decisions with this in mind.
  • Delivers work with a positive, passionate and practical attitude, sustaining high levels of resilience and calm during high pressure situations.
  • Understands their own weaknesses and demonstrates adaptability through proactive development of these areas, showing persistent desire to improve.
