Our Client

Our client is a creative communications agency based in Warwickshire and Central London. Across both offices, they house a team of Designers and Communications Consultants, who all work together to help a variety of big brands communicate effectively to their employees. The work is varied and includes print, web, video, email, social, product and more. They have all the tools in their toolbox to bring the principles of design and marketing to internal audiences.

It’s a flat, grown-up culture, where the team of Consultants is empowered to play to their strengths and develop strong and long-lasting relationships with their clients. It’s a team spirit where you’ll enjoy leading on your own client projects with the support of other Consultants and supporting Consultants on their lead projects. It’s highly collaborative and supportive, and you’ll enjoy genuine flexible working.

The role involves consulting clients on communication strategy, whether that is around pensions, rewards and benefits, financial well-being, talent management, and employee value propositions. You’ll come up with campaign ideas and copywrite your own projects, direct the creative output, and also project manage the delivery with the support of your wider team where needed.

About You

  • You'll be articulate and write fluently in a clear and easy to understand style, in both proposals and copy for print and digital media and you'll have the curiosity to develop your skills as part of the team
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to apply agility to the way you work and the teams/resource you need to bring together to make things happen
  • You will have a unique blend of agency and comms experience, whether gained in a similar agency or collective experience
  • You are a creative at heart, with a passion for clarity
