The role:

Believe or not, it’s been achieved with very little marketing and more word of mouth, but now they want someone that can take their marketing by the horns, and give it value, purpose and emotional charge. Top of the list will be to create engaging material across the most common social media channels, both innovative & eye catching to the more formal soundbites for LinkedIn.

You will also look after their website, from a stylistic and functionality perspective, as well as adding or updating imagery and content. You’ll also plan and execute email and data capture campaigns which is growing at an alarming rate and assist with production of marketing collateral for any events they attend or run. Your expertise in these areas will help enhance their presence & reputation, engage with their audience, and ideally boost their online presence.

We’re looking for a positive communicator and someone that can absorb new ideas & contribute to social, content platforms, and get a real kick out of seeing results that increase followings and goodwill on a local and regional basis.

You’ll ideally have a sound grasp of the most common analytical and creative tools in the digital world, and what you don’t know, they’ll be more than happy to send you on the necessary training courses. The variety of marketing initiatives amd one-off creative campaigns are endless, which will add so much value to your career and skillset.

Attitude and temperament are key – they’re growing at a nice pace, and you’ll want to muck in & use your nous to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
