Head of Digital Marketing
A new role has been created for a skilled Digital Marketing professional to join a well known International financial institution specialising in Investment Solutions, as their new Head of Digital Marketing.
Based in impressive offices in the heart of the city of London, the role is immensely broad and challenging and will report to the Group Head of Marketing who oversees the three brands of the firm. The role will be responsible for managing a team of 4 digital marketing staff (wider marketing / comms & PR team of 10) as well as managing all of the digital marketing activities for the business.
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for strategic input as well as how this relates to off-line. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing to build and define the delivery of a new website, managing content (on and off-line) as well as briefing 3rd party suppliers.
The successful applicant will scope the digital marketing roadmap for the business, making recommendations for a new PPC strategy as well as managing SEO and social media.
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector would be highly desirable, as would a track record of disruption in the industry (not always conforming to the status quo).
As a new hire to the business the role has something of a "blank sheet of paper" feel to it, which will offer the opportunity to shape the strategy and department as the successful applicant sees fit. The role will be very autonomous and will have a dotted line into the Chief Executive & Head of Wealth. Two senior stakeholders who are very pro-marketing.
