Working with the fee earners and partners, this role will be focussed on providing strategic marketing and BD support to assist those individuals in hitting their business plans. This will involve working with them to understand the market sectors they work in, idenitify new clients and ensure they are making the most from their existing business.

The role works alongside a substantial marketing and BD function and will have the support of the events, campaigns, bids and other specialist teams to ensure their service is of the highest standard but this role will play the integral role of coordinating, identifying and targeting that activity.

In order to be successful then ideally you will have worked within a law or accountancy firm previously, in a marketing or BD capacity, however this is not essential. You will ideally have a proven track record with successful bid management and exposure to all areas of BD and Marketing including event management. There will be BD Executives providing support to the role and some level of man management or at least mentorship will be expected.
