As Project / Account Manager, you'll work closely with the MD, and will be the key point of contact in everyday interactions with a breadth of B2B and B2C clients. It'll be up to you to ensure that a high level of service is maintained and that the studio is consistently producing quality online and offline work, and you'll also be responsible for managing the studio schedule, always keeping work flowing and ensuring the most efficient use of resources to enable timely deliveries. The agency has a reputation for excellent client servicing and high-quality work, and your role is integral to this.
What we're looking for
Ideally, we're looking for someone who is naturally, very digitally savvy with print knowledge ideally gained from within an agency setting or a very busy in-house marketing department. It's important that you're confident working with a team of developers and designers, have experience and an in-depth understanding of managing studio schedules, and are able to take a project from initial conception through to sign-off. To fit in with the agency environment, it's important that you bring a sense of fun to all projects, are a strong team player who isn't afraid to get stuck in, and able to use your own initiative. It's also important that you love keeping up to date with emerging digital trends, and would get an A* for your attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
