This great CRM agency is looking for an aspirational Data Planner to join their small and effective team where you will work on clients across automotive, insurance, charity and financial services to support them in their CRM marketing campaigns.

For this role you have a passion for customer data and its power to provide insight for marketing communications across multiple channels.

As part of the team, your role will include:

  • Data planning, selections and data buying activites
  • Customer engagement planning and creating test matrices
  • Improving / auditing customer journeys for direct mail, email, SMS, social, search
  • Writing briefs and presentations for client
  • Writing reports on campaign results and presenting findings to clients

For this role you have worked in the data focused marketing industry either as an Account Exec, Account Manager, Campaign Exec or Campaign Manager or you are ideally a junior Data Planner.  In all cases, you aspire to work as a Data Planner, relishing the prospect of developing new skills as you work to support this busy team.
