This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's largest provider of credit cards. The company have an innovative approach offering products direct to consumers, but also co-branded products which they have developed with some big, well known retails brands. 

The company have very ambitious growth plans with a huge focus on ensuring customers gain the most out of the products and benefit from them. As such they are looking for a marketing communications manager to act as the Marketing lead and SME for own-brand and co-brand customers, leading marketing plans and delivering against commercial objectives.  

You will have accountability for supporting the development and owning the implementation for a high profile project marketing strategy across the OwnBrand and CoBrand portfolio. Working closely with the commercial owners, legal teams and IT to deliver complex, multi-touch point customer journeys and implementing E2E communications campaigns. Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to evolve the customer communications strategy across multiple channels including email, SMS, DM. You will also challenge the status quo and proactively seek new opportunities to leverage channels outside of direct (e.g. social, content, online) to deliver to campaign objectives.

You will own the governance and approval process for all project marketing collateral and ensure all collateral and campaigns are commercially accurate and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. 

In addition you will liaise with technical teams including Data & Analytics and Salesforce to define and create solutions to ‘always on’ trigger messages as part of the overarching customer journey, supporting the E2E customer lifecycle. Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development of a robust market research strategy to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into communication and design development, and that communications are tested with customers ahead of implementation
