This is an opening with a creative design and brand agency that works with established iconic brands, ensuring they stay relevant in a rapidly changing and emotive world. They have performed exceptionally well in a short period of time via clever hires and the ability to produce outstanding creative work.
They are fast building a rep for the go-to agency for a whole host of well-known FMCG brands and need someone that has a knack for continually adding value to their client's business by virtue of delivering high-end creative work that positively impacts sales.
On a day to day basis, you will be managing 3 - 5 key accounts, taking the lead on a number of different projects at once, building trust and strong relationships and offering sound advice on how to best develop their brand identity. You will work across a wide variety of projects; from brand identity, brand packaging, brand architecture, brand videos, to the humble PowerPoint to interior and environmental design. The work they produce is bold and innovative and has both an online and offline focus and you'll oversee each campaign from brief to completion. It will also involve managing budgets and timescales, guiding a team of account managers and executives, and presenting and pitching ideas to clients effectively and reporting after campaigns on their success rates. You will also contribute to the agencies growth plans and strategy, and maintain and build upon the agencies relationship with key stakeholders.
What we're looking for
To be considered for the role, you will have considerable experience of handling consumer-focused marketing campaigns, It is also important that you have a sound insight into developing both online and offline campaigns which impact on increasing consumer interaction and awareness, in particular, brand identity, packaging and brand architecture. You'll need a fine record of building mindful relationships with clients and a solid understanding of the design and branding process. An understanding of online retail would be an advantage as is exposure to running and managing a small team of marketers or junior account handlers. The ability to work in a highly creative environment, providing accurate up to the minute retailer insight is also vastly important. You'll be a people person to your core, helping the people around you to deliver successful brand design projects. Empathy & laughter are critical personality traits.
