Your new company is a is a global fully integrated professional and technical services firm positioned to design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets around the world for public- and private-sector clients, who are looking for a Bid Manager to join their growing London team. The company is serviced by excellent transport links and located in central London.
Your new role
As a Bid Manager, you will design a bid programme, agreeing key deliverables, managing inputs from Subject Matter Experts and driving progress through to a winning submission. The Bid Manager will work collaboratively with technical leads, industry & market sector leads, joint venture partners, bid writers, graphic designers and the Major Pursuits leadership team. Combining your best practice bidding techniques, with your relationship management and collaboration skills, you will lead the pursuit across the full life-cycle; right from the earliest stages of pre-positioning, through to the interview stage.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, it is essential that you can demonstrate solid experience as a Bid Manager ideally, from an engineering, construction, property or manufacturing background. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and willing to adapt quickly to the company's culture and way of working. You will be able to demonstrate winning successful bids.
