Adgen is a successful media planning and buying agency located in the beautiful Warwickshire spa town of Leamington. We have an established group of clients in both the education and commercial sectors, and as our portfolio continues to grow, we’re now seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our friendly team of media specialists.
We’re looking for a client-focused digital professional who is Google Ads Certified with good commercial awareness and strong project management skills. You’ll also need to be an active team player who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working towards deadlines.
Your day-to-day duties will involve
- Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience;
- Production and effective running of PPC and social media campaigns
- Proof reading advertisement content before release
- Production of campaign results documents
- Analysing effectiveness of activity
- URL Creation
- Keeping up-to-date on new innovative media platforms, best practice within digital advertising, industry research, and trends
- Contribution to new business pitches
- Attendance at client meetings
- Maintaining detailed records, accurate use of Concept our internal job bagging system, accurately following processes and procedures.
- Client budget management
Ideally, you’ll have a marketing or digital degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing environment. In addition, you’ll have extensive experience and a great understanding of PPC and web strategy, producing digital schedules, management of both client and internal relationships as well as a good knowledge of digital technology. We’re looking for someone who can ‘own’ and manage the project, the project planning and ideally has experience of search engine marketing, email marketing, social media and results tracking technology.
If successful, you’ll be working alongside a growing digital team who provide support to our Account Directors. You must be able to autonomously prioritise and own the day-to-day management of projects, driving the clients’ businesses forward by developing strong relationships with both suppliers and clients. This position will be a pivotal role in the ongoing development of the agencies accounts in terms of delivering results-based campaign strategies.
Google AdWords certified
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience running lead and/or revenue focused PPC campaigns in Google AdWords
Experience running lead and/or revenue focused social media campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Good writing and presentation skills
Ability to visualise data and explain account performance to a non-technical audience
Additional beneficial knowledge:
Knowledge of programmatic / RTB display buying
Knowledge of Tableau
Knowledge of bid management software – Marin, SearchForce, etc.
Knowledge of social media management platforms – HootSuite, SproutSocial, etc.
Experience in cost per lead advertising
Knowledge of the education sector
