Are you an ambitious fundraiser looking to put your mark in our Excellence and Innovation Team? Are you an expert in Supporter Journeys wanting to drive forward the development of strategic journey plans for our supporters from across the whole Fundraising portfolio?

If so we'd love to hear from you!

We're recruiting a Strategic Supporter Journey Manager to work closely with colleagues across BHF to ensure that strategic journey plans are designed for the whole BHF and work effectively across the organisation to deliver increased value for our supporters and use fundraising's many supporter touch points to achieve broader organisational objectives.

About you

You'll be a strategic thinker able to develop strategy and ensure its effective implementation. You'll also have the ability to use data and insight to inform recommendations for improvements to journeys or activities.

To succeed in the role you'll need excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to form productive working relationships with senior staff within the Fundraising Directorate and across the organisation, as well as with external key stakeholders. Fundraising experience is desirable, ideally across a range of areas and audiences.

The BHF is a world-class organisation, and the impact of its work is fundamental to the health of the nation - it therefore requires a world-class fundraising division. If you feel you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, and you share our determination to fight for every heartbeat, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

We need people who share our ambition. And we need people who are experts in their field but and want to make a difference.
