Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a customer centric private sector organisation to recruit a Customer Communications Manager on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working available (3 days in the office per week)

Salary: circa £50,000k

This is a newly created opportunity to deliver exciting and impactful customer communication campaigns using a variety of channels to strengthen customer relationships and enhance the organisations reputation and brand.

As the Customer Communications Manager you will be responsible for all direct customer communication channels including emails, text messaging service, monthly customer newsletter, and events. This is a key role to project manage customer drop in events which take place bi-monthly. You will be instrumental in leading the delivery of compelling and inclusive multi-channel campaigns that tackle pressing issues and drive positive outcomes.

You will work closely with the media, stakeholder engagement, internal communications and brand and content teams to ensure all messages and activities are seamlessly integrated across the organisation and communication activity aligns with the business strategy. You will manage a campaign lead providing coaching, direction and supporting them in the delivery of customer focused campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of developing and leading customer focused communication activities preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Previous experience in multi-channel, integrated campaign strategy, planning and delivery including email, text messaging, social media and paid for media.
  • A strategic thinker with experience in delivering behaviour change through effective communications and marketing.
  • Previous experience in agency management ensuring budgets are utilised in the most effective way.
  • Possess a high level of resilience with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
