Group Account Director, Central London – Up to £75k DOE plus benefits 

The agency is a hotbed of talented, communicative, innovative people: a combination of creative thinkers, connectors and doers that utilise the power of collaboration. They are independently owned, based in London and they work globally. They are a multi-award winning company always looking towards the next challenge or brilliant idea and are in need of a Group Account Director to help lead a new project and account.

Reporting to the CEO, this Group Account Director will lead and, drive a new business centred around women’s wealth and equality in the workplace, to be a commercial success. The Group Account Director will be responsible for establishing the business within the UK, leading the creation and implementation of the business strategy and overseeing the delivery of businesses initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities of this Group Account Director:

  • Develop a business strategy, articulating the client’s focus, mission, core competencies, differentiation and commercial model
  • Create operational business plan and marketing strategy based on the pillars to establish the business in the UK over the next 12-18 months
  • Implement business and marketing plan, working with key consultants and freelancers to carry out the businesses mission

Core capabilities/requirements of this Group Account Director:

  • Management of the team working on the account (inc. direct reports)
  • Create and develop detailed strategy outlining
  • Create and develop business plan including
  • Responsible for mid-senior tier partner relationships
  • Meet with partners regularly to deepen existing relationships, broaden network and grow new relationships
  • Help raise PR for the business, work with PR agency to maximise opportunities, support with writing articles/posts where needed
  • Oversee creation of events calendar with plan for content, budget required, KPis etc; work with the team to deliver on this
