Fundraising Events Support Assistant

If so, you could be perfect as our new Fundraising Events Support Assistant.
About the role
As a key member of our Fundraising Events team, your job will be to provide administrative support, helping to maximise income and engagement with our supporters by providing excellent customer service.
Based at our head office in London, you'll support our Fundraising Managers, our Events team and our volunteers in raising funds for our vital research. You'll provide motivating and inspiring outgoing customer care through a variety of media including email and phone, as well as to record and extract critical data.
You'll also have the opportunity to undertake mini projects as part of your role.
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience working within a busy team environment
* Excellent time management skills
* The ability to juggle tasks which include dealing with general enquiries, providing information and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Experience of MS packages
* Knowledge of CRM systems, or other database packages.
You'll also be a great communicator, with strong customer service and organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail.
Previous use of Freshdesk or other online ticketing programs would beneficial.
