Tell us how our campaigns are doing as a Metrics Analyst at AIA
Do you love data? Does the idea of analysing online advertising campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands appeal to you? Welcome to the Metrics team at AIA.
We’re a digital technology agency that leaves no stone unturned to enhance our clients’ employer brands and optimise their talent acquisition strategies. We have our own recruitment marketing software, TalentBrew, which gives us a unique position in our industry. Not only does TalentBrew change the way employers connect with job seekers, it’s a platform that’s built on – and driven by – data to generate incredible insights into candidate behaviour.
As a Metrics Analyst, you’ll be working with a huge, well-structured dataset and finding the big story behind the numbers – interpreting the data, presenting your analysis to colleagues and clients, and driving future strategy. Highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of advertising campaigns, analysing trends, generating reports, resolving campaign tracking issues and ensuring effective data management will all be part of this absorbing role.
Our work matters. So will you.
Clients depend on our products to draw the talent they need to remain competitive. Candidates rely on our digital and social solutions to make informed career choices. What we do matters. So you’ll matter to us – your job satisfaction, your ambitions, your development, you as an individual.
You’re likely to come from an online advertising, website analytics, digital/search/social media marketing or business intelligence background. We’ll future-proof your career by widening your experience and enabling you to build your knowledge of a variety of primary analytic platforms.
For a curious, problem-solving mind…
You’ll be of graduate calibre. An expert user of Microsoft Excel. A dab hand at designing, configuring and automating customised reports. A confident communicator. But above all, you’ll have an innate curiosity for discovering what lies behind data and the ability to get to the heart of a complex problem and solve it rationally. We probably don’t need to tell you that you also need to be great at Maths and have a keen eye for detail.
What it’s like here
It can be hectic; deadlines have to be met. But it’s incredibly supportive. People look out for each other and there will always be someone to lend a hand if you get stuck. Because we work as one, united in a passion to deliver stunning results for our clients.
And we know how to reward ourselves for a job well done. That could mean sharing a drink on our twelfth-floor roof terrace or out of the office (we’re handily located near St Paul’s and the Barbican). Or letting our hair down at our Christmas and summer parties. Or tucking into Pizza Friday once a month. That’s all on top of more formal benefits such as private healthcare, interest-free season ticket loans and cycle-to-work scheme.
