Senior Communications Manager
We are currently recruiting for a senior communications role with a fast growing financial services business in Leeds. The role will report into the Head of Marketing and will have a senior position in the team. The role will put the comms strategy in place, implement a customer journey strategy, comms calendar and also be responsible for board level communications. This is an excellent opportunity for anybody that really enjoys and has a flair for writing engaging customer communications.
·Responsible for designing and implementing the company's communications strategy for both clients and customers.
·Work closely with the Head of Marketing on a number of vital senior communications projects.
·Implement a structured customer journey plan to ensure their customers are targeted with informative communications at the right times of their journeys.
·Hands on copywriting - the role will be responsible for producing quality and engaging copy for external communications
·C-suite level communications
·Plan and implement a communications calender
·Deputise for the Head of Marketing when not in the office.
·Financial services experience or experience in a regulated environment.
·Write copy to an excellent standard
·Senior stakeholder management
·Strategic external communications experience
