You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as Edgewell’s Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for order management and interaction with customers and consumers across Australia and New Zealand market. Duties include providing information about products, take orders, respond to customer inquiries, and process returns.


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high level and quality service to Edgewell customers, stakeholders and consumers. Being the first point of contact, the customer service representative will be the face and voice of the business assisting our consumers and customers where they can, ensuring queries and concerns are fulfilled in accordance with company requirements and resolved in a timely manner

Let’s Get Down to Business
Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

  • Processing manual orders and responsible for accurate and timely processing of automated customer orders (EDI System)
  • Coordinates efficient resolution and processing of customer claims and establishes methods to monitor and eliminate incidence
  • Ensure that all consumer complaints are handled and recorded as per policies
  • Coordinates the resolution in a timely manner all customer service issues and non-conformances, issues may be – warehouse 3PL, transport 3PL or Edgewell generated and may require involving the Warehouse and Distribution Manager
  • Proactively communicate with customers estimated back in stock date when service issues arise
  • Provides professional consumer and customer support in all areas of enquiries, complaints, and product information
  • Responsible for customer and consumer enquiries in accordance the Edgewell Quality systems policy and their effective resolution. Including: a) Responding to telephone enquiries of all types; b) Responding in writing to consumers as necessary; c) Maintain all records of the above transactions for audit purposes
  • Ensure communications between Customer Service and other Departments are clear and concise, and the flow leads to improved interdepartmental relationships

Ideally you will have Customer Service experience gained within a commercial or FMCG business. In this role, it is important that you are able to work assertively, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams located externally. Professional experience is important, but it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.

Here are some of the requirements we are looking for:


  • Familiar with Supply Chain processes, order / data entry / EDI order management
  • Familiar with accounting processes
  • Experience in using SAP Prime (preferable)
  • Experienced in dealing with difficult consumers/customers, case management & reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure

Australian citizens, permanent residents and those holding valid visas allowing them to work in Australia will be considered.
