What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Head of Planning, you’ll deliver strategic thinking, inspire great creative to produce award-winning and effective communications and programs. Leading on a major automotive brand you will help to delivery strategic thinking on everything from large-scale engagement programmes, creative strategy, through to loyalty projects. You will also be leading on all digital and direct activity for a large high-street retail account.

Candidate profile

You’ll be a digital, data and Customer Engagement specialist, adept at turning complex data into key insights, passionate about solving business problems and confident developing relationships with clients and senior team members.

As a Senior Strategist, you’re adept at turning the complex into the simple. Able to define research projects, facilitate workshops, you can support the delivery of insight work by partnering with data and insight teams.

You are an expert in building strategies, crafting solid creative briefs and always inspire creatives throughout the process, you work end-to-end on projects, right the way through to the evaluation, optimisation and reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience with credible agencies / clients
  • Proven expertise in direct, digital, CRM, loyalty and data strategy
  • Experienced in research, resources, frameworks and insight
  • Able to develop, measure and evaluation campaigns
  • Intellectual and emotional intelligence
  • The ability to defend your viewpoint
  • Passionate about the creative process – inspirational to others
  • Able to articulate your strategic thinking to clients and teams
