Future gazing insight consultancy seeks an accomplished and commercial quant leader to energise a group of talented researchers and delight clients in the tech and entertainment sectors.
They have an outstanding reputation for providing a unique blend of insight and strategic advice to some of the consumer markets' most exciting brands. They do this by using a broad suite of the most imaginative consumer research approaches and techniques available today, both traditional and digital, from deep ethnographic immersion to advanced analytics. Delivering succinct stories with marketing implications in mind keeps their loyal clients coming back for more. Of course this is only possible if you have the right people on board and they pride themselves on employing an eclectic mix of people from a range of insights or creative backgrounds.
You will be joining an established quant practice in a team leadership role, leading accounts whilst inspiring and nurturing your team. You could be an Associate Director seeking to step out into the light away from a bigger corporate structure or an established Director, looking to leave bureaucracy behind and immerse yourself in exciting projects for clients who are passionate about breaking new ground. You will have a passion for using numbers to solve problems and the ability not to get bogged down in the science as you will be a data user not provider. You should still enjoy the discovery element of your work and get your inspiration from working closer and deeper with fewer clients.
