This leading international law firm is looking for an Events Executive to report directly to their Head of Events and assist in all aspects of their events programme. They need someone highly organised who can provide high level administrative support to the marketing team and liaise with suppliers so that every aspect of their events run smoothly.
Aside from project managing these events responsibilities include:
- managing invite lists and responses on their CRM system
- creating name badges, delegate packs and marketing materials
- meeting and greeting guests
- setting up exhibition stands
- Updating the wider marketing team on activity.
Ideally you will have some Events experience gained from within a corporate environment like professional services. You may be an Events Assistant who is looking for more responsibility or be in an administrative position with a large proportion of your role focused on Events - either way this will give you the platform to learn and develop in an firm that will support your career progression.
