Let’s Get Down To Business

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG company with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree and Bulldog … just to name a few!). Reporting to the Global Payroll Director, the role will be responsible for administering the payroll process for the EMEA region, specifically Czech Republic, France, Spain, Italy, Dubai, Poland and UK. This will involve; ensuring accurate and timely payrolls in all markets; applying company pay policies, audit guidelines and government regulations. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Finance Colleagues and our External Vendor (Conduent) to ensure payroll and HR data is accurately and timely entered in the appropriate HR, Finance and payroll systems. In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams located in Europe and the US.

Here are some of the requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing EMEA payroll processes
  • Knowledge of Czech payroll processes (desirable)
  • Ability to administer time and attendance systems
  • Experience of accounting reconciliation
  • Highly numerate and detailed oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems. For example; SuccessFactors, ADP and Conduent
  • Experience of working with different cultures across geographical markets , e.g. US, EMEA
