Your new company
You will be joining a market leading retail company with a large nationwide presence. The company is now looking for a Head of Customer Experience to work at their Sheffield site - this is an exciting permanent role.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of world class service across the organisation. Responsible for leading a change in culture through employee engagement and training, you will be a trend setter who puts the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
What you'll need to succeed
You will live and breathe customer service and know what world class looks like, being the lead champion for this across the organisation. You will have a strong track record in a similar role with a wealth of experience to draw on. A retail, hospitality or leisure background would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus 25 days holiday, generous contributory pension, and private medical care.
