About the role:
They are looking for two Marketing Assistants to be responsible for implementing and managing all marketing and communications activity for ICON Outlet at The O2, playing a pivotal role by delivering campaign that advocate the brand proposition and drive footfall and spend. The role will require a close working relationship with the Head of Marketing (Retail) and Marketing and Communications Director as well as wider teams across The O2.
You’ll assist the Head of Marketing (Retail) to implement a Retail Marketing framework and consistently deliver measurable sales driving initiatives to achieve YoY growth / learnings, whilst building strong relationships with tenants, understanding their requirements and translating these into programs of activity to help support sales.
Working closely with external agencies to create campaigns to raise awareness and drive footfall to ICON Outlet, you’ll liaise with The O2 destination marketing team co-ordinate activity.
You’ll also be responsible for all on-site and off-site messaging and collateral and creation of bespoke messaging by event genre and champion creative excellence, quality standards and brand guardianship.
- They’re looking for someone with previous relevant marketing experience in the retail sector; outlet retail experience is desirable.
- With experience across all marketing and communications channels (digital, media, events, advertising, PR, tourism marketing, you’ll have strong social media skills and experience in managing creative and media agencies.
- They’re looking for someone who has a passion for brands and maintaining brand integrity!
- You will have strong experience of stakeholder management with the ability to influence; along with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- With the ability to build good working relationships across diverse business areas and functions, you will be a team player with a positive and flexible attitude to work.
