Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our events and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for our events.
• Create compelling content for website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching visuals, graphics, and videos for digital marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the events industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the events industry.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and copywriting.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for events as required.
