Based not far from Birmingham City Centre, this independent marketing and design agency are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding team.
As an Account Manager you will be working directly with clients cross-discipline, to fully scope and understand their requirements, then work closely with the team on everything from strategic planning to concept ideas, implementation through to production and measuring/reviewing results. It will be your aim to ensure that every client has a seamless experience and are always delivered work that goes above and beyond expectations
What we're looking for
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with two year's experience, gained either in an agency or a busy in-house marketing department. (They are happy to consider a Senior Account Executive who is looking to take a step up the career ladder or an existing Account Manager who is keen to take on a more diverse and challenging role). Needless to say, you must be happy to be involved in all aspects of the agency and will have knowledge of the design to print process and both web and digital projects. As an Account Manager, you need to be self-motivated and proactive in your approach to all tasks. As a fast-moving agency, it's expected that you will be able to hit the ground running and have previous experience in managing multi-service accounts.
