What do they do?

They're a market research agency that deliver in depth information & analysis allowing their clients to make more effective decisions in the following five specialist areas, advertising, marketing, public opinion, loyalty and media.

The role:

  • Be the key point of contact, from proposal development through to final presentation
  • Lead proposal development including most appropriate research design leveraging new innovative techniques.
  • Prepare discussion guides and brief local moderators across different countries.
  • Attend local field, managing Client expectations and supporting local team in delivering perfect execution.
  • Prepare report template for local countries & check final local reports
  • Develop multi-country reports including final business recommendations/insights.
  • Lead presentation of the findings and insights with Qualitative Head support when requested.

Desired Experience

  • BA / MA degree
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to design, run and deliver independently multi country projects.
  • Team player/ team spirit
  • 10+ years relevant professional experience in qualitative research - interest and exposure to innovative qualitative techniques
  • Solid exposure in FMCG
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
  • Expertise in written communication / management reports;
  • Open minded, curious, dynamic, enthusiastic, with an ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to develop trust and build solid client relationships;
  • Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment
