Marketing Co-ordinator - Theatre Tokens

Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and the UK Theatre Association (UK Theatre) are organisations that work with and on behalf of our Members to champion theatre, promote the performing arts and strengthen the theatre community.
The Theatre Tokens team runs the operations, business development and customer service around the nationwide gift voucher scheme. Theatre Tokens are redeemable at more than 250 theatres nationwide, including London’s West End. Tokens are available as Gift Cards and eGifts and have no expiry date.
We are now seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Theatre Tokens Team and support the successful delivery of our nationwide token scheme.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns that enhance the Theatre Token scheme at participating venues.
Playing a key role in the roll-out of B2C marketing and lead generation campaigns, you will aim to encourage the purchase and redemption of Tokens as part of the scheme. You will also create and deliver the Theatre of The Month coverage, showcasing a member theatre to enhance their sales.
Collaborating with the Theatre Tokens Business Development Manager and Senior Media & Marketing Manager, your role will also involve:
- Briefing and managing production of point of sale materials for theatres and retailers
- Sourcing and producing competitions and prize draws
- Liaising with competition winners
- Producing presentations for use by senior staff
- Supporting and managing social media channels
- Supporting and assisting at events
Interested? To be considered as a Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll need:
- At a minimum, one year’s marketing experience
- An interest in theatre across the UK
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
Although not essential, CRM and CMS experience would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of using Salesforce. Knowledge of mailing tools and Photoshop and InDesign skills would also be advantageous. A commitment to staying up to date with changes and trends within the marketing and sales landscape, and evidence of continuous personal development, would be equally favourable.
