The Company 

Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are currently seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join them and lead marketing and business development activities for their organisation, as well as member firms within their network.

The Role

As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will develop marketing and business development strategies for our client, as well as member firms within their network.

In this important role, you will provide guidance, tools and leadership to member firms, supporting them to improve their existing marketing and sales activity and maximise new business opportunities and brand awareness.

Your duties will involve:

- Increasing our client’s profile internationally by supporting member firm’s PR programmes, thought leadership and similar activities 
- Developing the organisation’s communications strategy 
- Publicising, supporting or co-ordinating the bid process for international tenders 
- Creating press releases to promote our client’s network
- Managing relationships with key customers and referrers
- Handling day-to-day queries from various member firms
- Promoting best practice marketing, communications and business development, proactively sharing new ideas and successes

About You

To be considered as the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will need: 

- Substantial previous experience within a senior marketing and business development role or similar senior position 
- Strong marketing and PR experience 
- Proficiency with managing budgets and tendering process
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills 
- An analytical mindset
