Email Marketing Customer Support Assistant based in Woking - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is self-service email and SMS marketing platform, offering great support and professional managed services to help both fledgling and established businesses connect with their audiences.

Your new role

This company are looking for an enthusiastic and tech savvy individual to join our their team as a Customer Support Assistant, you will work directly with a wide range of businesses to help them utilise the platform, build email campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor and advise on email delivery best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Deliver outstanding service to new and existing customers via email and phone
  • Prioritise customer queries, work within SLAs and escalate where appropriate
  • Investigate and help solve customer issues
  • Build email campaigns in line with briefs
  • Proof the design and content of email campaigns
  • Monitor email delivery and investigate delivery issues
  • Train customers on how to use the platform
  • Thorough, meticulous attention to detail
  • Great communication - strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and high customer service standards
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
  • Excited to learn and able to adapt and learn quickly
  • A keen interest and understanding of technology.
  • Highly organised
  • Professionalism & confidentiality

Other skills desired but not essential:



  • Experience using JIRA
  • Confluence or Zendesk
  • Digital/ Email marketing experience
  • Account management.
