The Role

We are thrilled to be working alongside a growing health and wellness brand as they look to grow their team with a Retail Marketing Executive. Working across two of the major brands in the portfolio they would love someone who has previous experience working in a D2C brand with a solid understanding of the core marketing principles.

Working with the wider Retail Marketing team you will be a confident people person to liaise with both the internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure processes are running smoothly and on budget.

You will plan and execute a range of seasonal retailer marketing campaigns. Developing a close working relationship with the retailers to ensure smooth launches. Having a creative flare you will work with external partners on 3D designs ready to bring to life in stores up and down the country.

Their office is based in Poole, and they are looking for 2 days a week in the office. However there is a degree of flexibility with this. The company also operate on a flexible core hour system which allows you to have a better work/life balance.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working within an D2C brand
• Previous experience in a retail marketing role would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

Benefits

There is a salary on offer of £25k. This role is located in the Poole office, ideally, you need to be in the office twice a week, but there can be flexibility on this. There are core working hours for this role (9.30am-12pm & 2pm-4pm) and there is a holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays with this increasing to 30 days after a year in service.
