Your new role
You will develop the campaigns strategy for the next five years to deliver the business plan objectives. The strategy will include a specific audience development approach. You will have three direct reports and work closely with Senior Programmer and Events Planning Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience managing campaigns to tight deadlines within budget. A proven track record managing a team with a broad knowledge in digital, press, copywriting and internal communications. Being able to analyse campaign performance and give insight on performance to senior management team.
