As a small, agile agency, this is the perfect environment for someone looking to be hands on with research and who aspires to be a consultative Research Director, liberated from the mechanics and boundaries of a rigid framework. An accomplished mixed method ad hoc researcher, you are looking to focus on client needs, project quality and team development. Their clients are predominantly major blue chips in tech, fintech and media and whilst your own experience may not be in these specifically, a broad cross-sector background would be an advantage. Natural company growth has been driven by leveraging their great client list and repeat business is booming. Whilst they already have a dedicated business development resource within the company, you will be comfortable with proposals and pitches and will be well rewarded for success in this area.
