This Leeds Agency have a large creative team of specialists across digital, film, content and design and they work collaboratively with many well-known major global brands. They work across many sectors to create unforgettable brand experiences.

They currently have a fabulous opportunity for a Lead Senior Designer to join them in their Leeds studio.

Job Description:

You'll devise, collaborate and deliver innovative, conceptual design solutions, applying your creative and design expertise.

Working across a wide range of client brands, you'll take full ownership of projects and apply your creative and design expertise from initial concept through to print/screen ready artwork.

As the Lead Senior Designer, you'll support the Design Director to inspire, support and mentor the team to push the existing levels even higher.

You'll conduct research, pushing brand guidelines and challenging briefs where necessary.

You'll be responsible for delivering highly engaging results on brief and to agreed timescales. You will have the drive and ambition to continually push the team to deliver award-winning work for some of the fantastic brands the agency are proud to work with.

What We're Looking For:

You will be a highly conceptual designer who has experience leading a team of likeminded creatives. Working closely with the Head of Design, 3D Design Lead and Creative Director, you will have the ability to encourage and develop intelligent creative thinking within the team.

We are looking for extensive experience in a creative agency role with a strong portfolio of work and an excellent understanding of graphic, experiential and exhibition design, art direction, production methods and software.

For this role you will have excellent leadership, communication, presentation and people skills. If you have a good understanding of MS Word, PowerPoint and Keynote this would be preferable.

With a positive attitude and self-motivation, you'll be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain a cool, professional head under pressure.
