As well as being hands on with the advanced analytics, they will be looking to you to seek out and develop new capabilities across the space, embracing all areas such as Big Data, passive measurement technologies, complex modelling, data visualisation, data integration and calibration methodologies.
As this is a new role, the client is open to level. Ideally you will be confident with programming in R statistical computing environment (if not R, then Python) and specific experience in probability theory and linear algorithms would be highly valued.
