As Account Manager, you would be working primarily across one large FMCG account, focusing mainly on acquisition and retention. This could involve anything from managing a seasonal promotional campaign to experiential marketing. You'll be working closely with the client, managing their expectations, budgets, and timescales, supporting the senior members of the team, and managing and mentoring the junior ones. To succeed, you'll really need a good head for digital and strategy.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years' relevant agency experience, with experience of customer acquisition and/or retention in any sector. You will need a solid understanding of digital and multi-channel activity, and the ability to contribute to strategy. You should also be comfortable and confident dealing with senior-level contacts, able to manage junior team members, and have excellent attention to detail, and data handling and insight skills.
