The company

This highly successful and dynamic team deliver outstanding multichannel work for a key client. They are looking for an energetic, resilient Account Director to come in and hit the ground running as a fundamental part of the team. The role

  • Working across all channels, you will have omnichannel experience as well as a sound understanding of the ATL process
  • You will work closely with the Business Lead driving best in class delivery across the full campaign ecosystem and all teams and client stakeholders involved
  • Working the global and category team you will create category defining work across a number of channels including ATL, digital ecommerce, PR, influencer and shopper
  • There is an element of creative adaptation required for key markets, but this is done with creative and conceptual integrity

About you

  • Resilient, understanding, proactive, diligent, calm under pressure, collaborative and an agile thinker
  • A strong team player – able to build valued relationships quickly and honestly with clients and internal teams to become a trusted partner, and comfortable dealing with and motivating members of staff at all levels within the group
  • Solid multi workstream and organisational skills required, combined with sound commercial understanding of the scope and wider business
  • Proactively identify new revenue streams through client growth opportunities
  • Any experience in consumer healthcare or pharma brands would be an advantage, but not mandatory
