A financial services business based in the City are hiring for a talented Senior Digital Content Designer to join the team for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting customer-centric digital content for various projects led by our Digital Marketing division within Brand & Marketing. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and support across the entire process, from conceptualization to execution.

Your primary focus will be on developing engaging digital content that enhances customer experience and strengthens our brand presence in the digital realm. By aligning solutions with customer needs, you will maximize engagement and drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities of Senior Digital Content Designer (12m FTC):

• Design, refine, and optimise user-centered content experiences, ensuring high quality and effectiveness in digital content solutions.
• Collaborate closely with fellow content designers and marketing specialists to enhance content quality.
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of our digital content practice.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to enhance digital content quality and user experiences.

Experience required of Senior Digital Content Designer (12m FTC):

• Proficient in user-centered content design methodologies.
• Ideally experience in financial services/professional services
• Thorough understanding of digital customer experiences and user interface design principles.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying user needs and mapping user journeys.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
