We're looking for an IT professional to join our Information Technology team as a Retail Application Services Analyst and form part of a customer focused team that delivers excellent first class retail applications support to over 750 BHF stores and Retail Head Office functions.

Working within an ITIL framework, you'll drive the continued improvement of services to ensure agreed SLAs are adhered to. You'll ensure stock levels of any related hardware and licenses are maintained to deliver effective support without any adverse impact of supplier lead times.

About you

You'll have key technical knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server), Active Directory Administration, LAN/WAN, WiFi, MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above) and Monitoring Tools.

To be successful in this role you'll have:
* Previous experience working as part of a Support Team
* Experience of supporting remote sites
* The ability to work in a team of multi skilled/multi levelled staff
* Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the country.

Able to remain calm under pressure, you'll ensure key deadlines are met and will be a team player.

Please note that for one weekend in four, you'll provide escalation services to the IT service desk on all retail application issues.
