Sensory and Consumer Insights Research Manager | Independent Research Agency
Well established independent full-service market research agency with an enviable reputation for bespoke, boutique style work which sees clients repeatedly seeking out their in-house research expertise and technical innovation ideas.
Last year saw them realise their exciting plans for strategic change including successfully hiring talent across the business and updating their in-house facilities including a state-of-the art sensory suite. They are now seeking a sensory research specialist to work alongside the Director leading strategic thinking and projects, mentoring the team and driving the continued growth of the business. You will be keen to join an agency that starts with the clients’ objectives and then develops a tailored, personalised approach to fit, using both tried and tested and new ways of doing things.
Their areas of specialism are sensory, fragrance and product development across many different product and service categories from personal care to automotive. Your own background will demonstrate a passion for conducting research and helping guide new product development. This will include running descriptive profiling panels, conducting Quantitative Descriptive Analysis and setting up a variety of consumer product tests.
Agile/flexible working is at the forefront of their agenda, if you have commitments which means you need to adopt a more flexible working pattern, they'll help you achieve that. Equally they have convenient offices based in a historic market town in the Yorkshire triangle of Leeds, York and Harrogate, so you will always be part of the team. It may be you're looking to return to your roots in this lovely area of the country, or it could be the perfect opportunity to make that much talked about lifestyle change (parking is free!) or maybe you are already dedicated to living and working in the area. Either way, you will be able to progress your career in a high quality agency with ambitious plans for the future.
