Digital Account Director (biddable)
We are pleased to be recruiting a talented Digital Account Director role for an award-winning sports marketing agency based in London. This role has resulted from growth and will be part of the management team. The focus will be leading performance marketing and biddable media within the business and acting as the key point of contact for key clients.
To be considered for this role, you should have in depth experience of working with clients, growing relationships and working to budgets. Your areas of expertise should include a wide range of multi-channel and digital marketing tools including social, content, web, mobile, analytics, paid and SEO as well as strong performance measurement skills. It’s important that you are an expert in paid media platforms specifically Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads and that you can bring a strategic and creative element to your work.
There’s a variety of elements you’ll need to cover in the role including client liaison, delivery of campaigns, business development, team management and project management. There’s a huge opportunity here to expand and diversify your skill set including working on new software products and taking a lead in a wider pitch team. Team management and mentoring should be an important part of your job and be something you enjoy.
This is a fast-moving organisation going from strength to strength and working with some leading sports brands so if you’ve already either got some experience of this environment or have a good background in consumer marketing this could really work for you.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary in the region of £50-60,000 (possibly more for an exceptional candidate), good benefits and bonus as well as the opportunity to influence and the direction of this fast-paced business.
