Customer Insight Analyst - Analytical Consultancy

Opportunity to learn R and Python

This well respected customer analytics consultancy are hiring for a statistical Customer Analyst to join their growing team, in South West London.

This role is a great chance for an ambitous analyst to develop consultancy and client facing skills, working on site with a major gaming client You will be conducting statistical customer insights analysis, segmentation, post campaign analysis, developing automated reporting solutions and in turn helping the client to refine customer contact strategies.

Technically this business operates an SQL, SAS, Python and R environment, so the opportunity to learn these tools is available, although you must have a background in using SQL to a programming level as a minimum.

You will be working amongst some of the industry's leading minds on CRM analytics and customer insight, contributing to a fun, sociable, passionate and pragmatic working environment. JOB TITLE: Customer Insight Analyst

SALARY: £30k - £40k depending on experience & 20% bonus & benefits, pro rata'd

LOCATION: South West London

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • You must be educated to degree level in a numerate subject
  • Proven experience using SQL within a customer or marketing environment.
  • Proven experience using one of the following statistical analytical tools; R, Python, WPS or SAS
  • Experience employing analytical techniques such as cluster analysis, customer profiling, segmentation, data mining, modelling, regression etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to liaise externally with end clients.
  • Passion for the job, strong interest all things customer.
