We are urgently looking to hire an ambitious, enthusiastic, adaptable Digital Analyst to join this high performing Digital Marketing Agency.
The offering includes modern mix of data, media and creative, whilst the client rosta boasts some of the biggest names in FMCG, retail and utilities industries.
As part of the central data function, working closely with the Head of Digital Analytics, reporting on measuring digital media campaign performance (PPC, Paid Social, website etc.) and providing insights around customer behaviour, this role requires strong analytical skills in Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager and ideally Google Data Audit (although other reporting and dashboarding experience will be considered).
You will need to be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach at both an Analytical and Technical level. For example, we need to know that you can audit a client GA & GTM set up and make recommendations on configuration, such as Events, Goals and Custom Dimensions, as well as build dashboards and create analytical reports that add value to our clients. Ideally in Google Data Studio.
This role is being hired due to huge growth across the team, and given the division has grown from a one man band in the space of 18 months to 15 people, there is a lot of opportunity for personal training, development and promotion. In addition, you should be commercially aware in order to spot opportunity for further projects, as well as skills and confidence in balancing a number of activities at any one time. You will also be client facing in this role, interacting with and presenting to key stakeholders frequently so excellent communication skills are required.

SALARY - £40k - £50k plus benefits & training and development opps
LOCATION - CENTRAL LONDON
- Educated to degree level in a numerate or marketing related subject
- Experience in web / digital analytics measuring digital campaign performance and customer activities across websites; either as a sole focus or as a part of a wider digital marketing role
- Enthusiastic, 'can-do' attitude with solutions focused approach to work - can think beyond the brief and work in partnership with stakeholders
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for analysis and tagging and ideally Google Data Studio for dashboard creation to an intermediate level
