Principal Business Development Director - Retail Banking

My client a specialised agile consulting firm are looking for a Sales Director to join their growing and successful team. The firm are undertaking a number of large scale process improvement and change management programmes of work. This position will be focused on leveraging their current position on the market and selling across a number of clients with a specific focus on Retail Banking/Payments engagements encompassing Technology and Strategy.

Due to large scale expansion my client are looking to continually deliver Customer focused technology projects improving all areas of a business which the customer has engagement.

Ideally candidates will have proficient selling and managing relationships across Retail Banking.

Key attributes

  • Must have management consultancy experience
  • Solid background in sales environments
  • Knowledge and experience selling projects within the Retail banking domain
  • Held relationships at the top retail banks across London
  • Strong experience working across strategy and development
  • Ability to optimise available resources and upsell to clients
  • Looking to help an organisation grow and develop
