Our client is a growing specialist consultancy with expertise in consumer, pet and veterinary market research. Headed up by one of the research industry’s leading practitioners, their offer is full service utilising classic qual and quant techniques as well as online. They are now looking for an Associate Director for a maternity cover contract starting in September with the possibility of temp to perm. Flexible working hours are available including the opportunity to work from home if desired.

Working with clients across the UK, Europe and the US, studies include NPD, usage and attitude, segmentation, modelling, ad testing and brand health tracking. You’ll be responsible for designing the research across wide ranging client projects as well as putting together insight reports. Managing a team of researchers, you’ll oversee and contribute to all projects with high quality analysis and insight. This is a senior role within the company and they will be looking to you to bring strategic and tactical direction to projects and the company as a whole, whilst reinforcing their prominence in the industry.

Your background will include agency based experience, you will be comfortable with quant and ideally some qual, and any exposure to the veterinary and/or pet food sectors would be an advantage. The all-round support from the MD, motivated colleagues and the flat structured team will ensure your success.
