Are you an ecommerce or digital sales professional? Could you build and maintain long lasting and productive relationships across the country? Do you want to make a real difference to the commercial success of one of the UK's largest charities?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Executive to join us and play a vital role in our growing Ecommerce team.

About the role

Working with the team's Manager, you'll help to deliver the British Heart Foundation's ecommerce objectives, driving commercial success and creating a World Class customer experience.

You'll engage with our customers and supporters, understand their needs and provide excellent service and sales support which will have a real impact on the funds we raise for life saving research.

Helping to develop the end to end customer journey which supports BHF selling medical devices through its online shop and other platforms, you'll also work on the operational support of various business activities, including sales support, customer service, order management, finance and reporting, while also also assisting on the development of new initiatives.

About you

You'll be confident, customer-focused, a quick learner, able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, able to accept responsibility and show initiative to solve problems.

With a good knowledge of the online retail space you'll have previous experience of working within ecommerce, online sales, or digital/social customer support, and some knowledge of ecommerce and customer service systems.

You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to shift effectively between competing priorities. You'll have fantastic attention to detail and be devoted to providing an excellent customer experience.
