Digital Marketing Executive driving and managing the marketing strategy including social media across two beauty clinics. 

Main tasks

• Design and implement the marketing strategy for the Clinics, online and  offline and measure its performance.
• Take a lead role in understanding our audience and the way in which they relate to the Skin Clinics products & services, to inform our advertising, marketing  and sales activity.
• Manage PR and content activity – building relationships with key media partners  and writing, issuing and supporting Press Releases, features and blogs.
• Act as first contact for the press.
• Undertake the generation and production of marketing collateral including  leaflets, posters, flyers, banners etc. by liaising with General Manager and  printers.
• Develop and implement an advertising plan for online, papers, adverts and other appropriate channels..
• Create, maintain and update information on the digital media; including website, e-newsletters, twitter, Facebook, Instagram to reach new and existing audiences.
• Social Media Management to include posts, video & live streaming, sourcing & maintain relationships with ‘Influencers’ & industry bloggers, monitor & report on perform from paid boosts across platforms.
• Plan and coordinate the Skin Clinics event calendar, identifying any new events within our key target market and preparing and managing the whole event  process.
• Manage the marketing budget. Working closely with General Managers to generate marketing reports for company meetings and reviews.
• Keep abreast of the market context. Follow market trends and in conjunction with colleagues act upon changes that may influence the Skin Clinics target  market and the attraction of new customers. 
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the correct message is conveyed across all channels.
• Develop new strategies for new product launches including all branding and launch timeline.
• Be responsible for the administration and maintenance of marketing databases
