About the role

The OneCRM team is crucial to maximising fundraising revenue for the BHF by providing data insight to our fundraising and marketing teams.

In a role which has an enormous impact on all of the work that BHF does, we need a Data Assistant to join our OneCRM team to assist with various marketing activities by providing effective data management, data retrieval and reporting.

You'll assist with the day to day running of the Data Ops team by:

* Clearing exceptions on regular data imports
* Running simple selections
* Helping to import and export data effectively into and from our central database - Blackbaud CRM.

Supporting the testing of data extracts and imports for campaigns, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with peer review, checks and data cleansing on data selections.

About you

With excellent attention to detail and good problem solving attributes, you'll tend to take the initiative on tasks.

You'll also have:

* Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, formulas etc.)
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of planning and prioritising your own work to agreed deadlines
* An aptitude for improving processes and investigating issues where required.

Experience in a previous role would be beneficial, but we're really looking for people with the skills above more than anything else.
